- October 31, 2005 12:50-1:15pm Some datacenter colocated customers had
an internet outage during this time due to a failed router power supply. A
new power supply was installed and service was immediately restored.
- October 28, 2005 7:00-9:55am The wireless link between Westport and
Rockland went down due to a failure in the power injector (blown fuse).
This has been replaced and all is well. This affected people whom utilize the
Edgecomb and Wiscassett repeaters as well.
- October 22, 2005 4:00-7:00pm Mailman webmail service was not
working during this time while repairs were being made. A computer
mainboard had failed, causing the mailman outages today. Different
hardware was installed and it's working properly now.
- October 22, 2005 9:00-10:30 Mailman webmail service was not
working during this time.
- October 21, 2005 Matinicus wireless users were out of service
during the day for an upgrade. A new
tower was installed
in preparation for broadband coverage of the whole island.
- October 13, 2005 11:50am The North Haven wireless problem has
been repaired.
- October 13, 2005 10:00am Some Owls Head wireless customers
experienced a short outage this morning due to an upgrade.
- October 11, 2005 1:50pm There is a problem with the 900mhz
Access Unit that is located on North Haven. This will be addressed as
soon as possible.
- October 11, 2005 10:00am The Wiscasset problem has been
repaired.
- October 10, 2005 12:30pm There is a problem with the
link to Benner Hill. This affects customers who use Benner Hill, Union,
Westport, and some islands. This has been repaired as of 3:30pm.
- October 8, 2005 Wiscasset wireless customers are having a
problem starting this evening accessing the Internet. We have
investigated and believe the problem is on the courthouse tower and hope
to repair when weather improves at the beginning of the week.
- October 2, 2005 1:45pm. Tidewater area DSL is having a
problem
at this time. This has been caused by a Cisco router at our datacenter.
We are working on restoring the service.
